Tonight's Programme · for the Founder

A 4.9-star show with a few missed cues.

Your theatres are among the best-rated in North Delhi and half your slots were booked by Saturday morning. These five acts are the small things still costing you bookings — each with its fix and price.

4.7★Noida · 79

Act I · The Wrong Number

One "call us" button rings a stranger.

✕On your homepage's "Ready to Celebrate?" section, the number shown is +91 92892 89696 — but tapping it dials tel:+919876543210, a placeholder number.

Fix (in the website pack): every call / WhatsApp link checked and pointed to 92892 89696 — day one.

Act II · Backstage

Details Google and guests notice.

✕sitemap.xml and robots.txt return "not found" — Google has no map of your pages.

✕The booking page shows "No locations available" and "No slots available for this location" above slots that are actually available.

✕The booking page hero is a stock photo of strangers, and the "Why choose a private theatre" images come from a design tool (uxpilot) — not your rooms.

✕Theatre 2 says "up to 7" on the homepage and "up to 8" in booking; all three say "Ideal for couple and family"; the review widget still shows 394 reviews (Google: 504).

✕Noida's Google listing is categorised as "Party planner" instead of a venue.

Fix → website polish ₹6,000 + Google profiles ₹5,000: sitemap/robots, page titles, real photos everywhere, clean booking messages, consistent capacities, live review count, Noida category + weekly posts on both listings.

Act III · The Sold-Out Night

Your waitlist says "we'll reach out".

With half the slots gone by morning, cancellations are your best inventory — but today someone has to see the waitlist and call people back.

4:10 PM

Guest joins the waitlist for Theatre 2 · 6:30 PM (6 people).

Instantly

"You're #1 ✨ — meanwhile Noida has 7 PM free with FLAT600."

5:02 PM

A cancellation → "Theatre 2 · 6:30 PM just opened — yours for 10 minutes, confirm with ₹750."

Fix → smart waitlist + re-booking (₹10,000 + ₹2,000/month): auto-offers freed slots to the waitlist in order, sends Pitampura-full guests to Noida, and reminds past guests before birthdays and anniversaries.

Act IV · The Midnight Message

"Proposal setup, Saturday 9:30 PM?"

Most of these come on WhatsApp late in the evening. A concierge that answers in seconds — right theatre for the group, prices, decor ₹750, rose-heart / candle / fog add-ons and the ₹750 confirmation link — books them before they message the next venue.

Fix → WhatsApp AI concierge (₹20,000 + ₹4,000/month): Hindi, Hinglish or English, both branches, hands big groups and corporate events to your team. Try it on the preview.

Act V · The Reviews

Your last owner reply was a year ago.

Recent 5★ reviews (5–7 months old) have no reply. Replies and fresh reviews keep you above the 500+ venues around you — and Noida (79 reviews) has the most room to grow.

Fix → review system (₹8,000 + ₹2,000/month): one-tap review request on WhatsApp after every celebration, AI-drafted personal replies you approve, unhappy guests routed to you privately first.
